As a transformative educator with over three decades of experience, I am dedicated to empowering students, educators, and institutions to reach their highest potential. My expertise lies at the intersection of education, sustainability, and global citizenship, with a focus on preparing future-ready learners and fostering ethical leadership.


Professional Highlights:

  • Strategic Leadership: As Principal/Director of Ahlcon International School, I led a period of remarkable growth, earning recognition for excellence in professional development by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), which featured our work as a case study in 2019.

  • Global Education Advocate: My contributions to education span across collaborations with institutions in the USA, UK, Germany, and beyond, building a global network of educators committed to innovative and inclusive learning.

  • Pioneer in Sustainable Development and Global Goals: Instrumental in promoting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Global Citizenship Education in India, I contributed a position paper to UNESCO on these subjects and worked with UNODC on the #RiseUp4Peeace campaign.

  • Notable Achievements: National Teacher Award recipient (2012), Extraordinary Leadership Award (2021), and named among the Top 100 Great People Managers by Forbes India (2020).

  • I serve as a Global Peace Fellow (Education) with the Global Peace Foundation, USA, and contribute to national education initiatives, including advisory roles with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and GEMS Education India.
